This process uses a VAR washer with an automated handling system that includes a loading, unloading and return conveyor. The system also incorporates an in-tank submerged spray system and a high volume filtration and chip removal system. Parts pass through a four-minute prewash, ultrasonic wash, rinse, sealing rinse and five-station rotating dryer cycle.
