Aqueous Cleaning Delicate Shells

Your Challange

To clean and dry 300 cubic feet per hour of batter cans and deep drawn shells.

Aqueous Cleaning Delicate Shells

How We Solve It

Machine:

Process:

Using an all stainless steel construction Dual 30” Drum Parts Washer with an energy efficient recirculating dryer. Parts go through a spray and immersion pre-wash, two spray and immersion washes and counter flow rinse cycles, a spray and immersion rust inhibitor cycle, and a drying cycle.

Benefits

This dual drum system allows processing of two separate steams of parts simultaneously without damaging delicate parts.

Cellular Ultrasonic Cleaning Fineblanked Stampings

Your Challange

To precision clean electronic stampings using an aqueous cleaning machine with a lean manufacturing cellular work station.

Fine Blanking

How We Solve It

Machine:

Using a VAR Model, a Vertical Agitation Parts Washer, or a Lean Clean 360-1 Ultrasonic Model, a Lean Clean 360 Parts Washer with a rotating cellular basket washer, a 40 kHz tubular ultrasonic wash, coalescing oil separator, and micron filtration.

Process:

  1. An immersion wash with submerged high pressure spray
  2. An ultrasonic wash
  3. An immersion rinse with submerged high pressure spray
  4. An ultrasonic rinse
  5. A final fresh rinse
  6. Finishes with a recirculating hot-air drying cycle

Benefits

  • Eliminates solvent process
  • Closed loop wash and rinse cycle, creating less waste
  • Ultrasonics allow for a shorter cycle time
