Adam leads the accounting and finance department as well as the quality, safety, scheduling, marketing, HR and purchasing departments. He focuses on improving the lives of employees, customers and investors through the CEO’s One Team culture.

Before joining Jenfab, Adam spent roughly five years in private accounting, finishing as the head of accounting, finance and HR at a private equity owned retail, marketing and manufacturing conglomerate. Before his stint in private accounting, Adam spent almost seven years in public accounting, ending that portion of his career at the manager level with Ernst & Young.

Adam graduated from Benedictine with a major in accounting and a major in finance. While at Benedictine, he also was a three-year varsity athlete. Adam was twice named to “Who’s Who Among College Students.”
