The vertical chain conveyor (VCC) washer is ideal for one piece In-line parts washing. This system combines both spray washing and agitated immersion cleaning with part drying in one small foot print. The VCC is ideal for lean manufacturing cellular part cleaning operations and is available as a front loading part washer for standalone cellular cleaning. Parts can be loaded and unloaded from the front or loaded from the front and unloaded out the rear.

How It Works

Parts are automatically transported from the load station and completely immersed in wash solution. They are then cleaned with a high pressure spray and immersed, which focuses the solution directly on the parts and continually flushes away chips, soils, debris and coolant.

Oil is removed and separated while chips are collected in the high-volume micron filtration system. The solution is continually recirculated and filtered to ensure a clean wash bath and to prevent the redeposit of soils on parts. Drying is accomplished with a recirculating, forced hot air dryer designed to be energy efficient and to minimize floor space.
