Returns & Refunds Policy

All Equipment manufactured by Jenfab is shipped with a one year warranty. The warranty is for the replacement only of any component designed and manufactured by Jenfab and found to be defective due to design or workmanship. 

Exception to this warranty are motors, controls, etc. and peripheral equipment to the Jenfab unit not manufactured by Jenfab and spare parts purchased on our website. Installed components, purchased by Jenfab from other vendors, are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes all spare parts listed on our website.

 

We will provide a refund for a defective spare part purchased on our website. Customers are required to ship purchased goods back to Jenfab or the manufacturer as directed by Jenfab. Refunds will be issued once the part is certified as non operable. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs.
