Principles of Operation
Wastewater Feeding
Wastewater is supplied to the tank manually or through automated controls as needed.
Combustion Air Management
A blower delivers combustion air to the burner for efficient system operation.
Immersion Tube Heat Exchange
Hot combustion gases remain contained within the immersion tube, preventing direct release into the tank.
Efficient Water Evaporation
The heat exchanger brings wastewater to a boil, concentrating contaminants and reducing volume.
Steam Exhaust System
Water vapor and steam are captured and safely exhausted through the stack.
Oil Separation & Recovery
Freed oils rise to the surface and can be removed through the oil weir access valve.
Solid Waste Collection
Settled solids collect in the sloped tank floor for easy removal through the cleanout port.
Automated Level Controls
Fill and low-level sensors maintain proper solution levels and automatically shut down combustion when needed.
