As CEO, Jim leads the Jenfab Cleaning Solutions team to ensure it delivers on its mission to solve our customers’ unique cleaning needs. Prior to joining Jenfab, Jim served as the President for Universal Air Filter, a Filtration Group Company with a focus on providing personalized support for unique filtration applications. Previously, he spent more than 28 years at Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, where he gained considerable experience helping customers do more with less water. Jim has held many progressive engineering, innovation and general management roles, including several years of living abroad in the Middle East and the Netherlands.

Jim graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Jim proudly served our nation as an Army Ranger.
