Machine:

LeanClean 360-1 Sonic Rotating Basket Washer

Process:

This process uses a Lean Clean 360-1 sonic model with a rotating basket washer. Jenfab’s unique basket rocking feature allows the basket to oscillate from side to side for more aggressive ultrasonic cleaning and micron filtration. An ultrasonic (25kHz) immersion wash/rinse with a high-pressure submerged spray, followed by a fresh water rinse and dry cycle, complete the cleaning process.

Cycle:

    1. Immersion wash with high pressure submerged spray
    2. Ultrasonic wash
    3. Immersion rinse with high pressure submerged spray
    4. Ultrasonic rinse
    5. Fresh rinse
    6. Super dry

Lean Clean 360-2 Cellular Rotating Basket Washer

Process:

Using a Lean Clean 360-2, a cellular rotating basket system, washes and rinses parts with immersion and submerged high-pressure spray. It  finishes with a dry cycle using a recirculating hot-air dryer.

Benefits

This machine achieves a very low millipore cleaning standard without the need for ultrasonic cleaning, all within a low 6’ x 6’ profile.

This process uses an all stainless steel, 36” belt washer with four tanks, solution filtration, a 30 PSI power spray system, high-volume solution rinse and smart water management from a single water source. Parts go through a spray prewash, spray wash, two spray counter flow rinses and a recirculating hot air convection dry.
